Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email address
• Password (hashed with bcrypt, never stored in plain text)
• Monitor configuration (name, interval, alert channels)
• Ping timestamps
• IP addresses of incoming pings

What we do NOT collect

• Script content
• Server data
• Job output
• Personal files

Analytics

We use Umami, a self-hosted analytics tool. It is cookie-free and GDPR compliant. No personal data is collected by our analytics.

Data storage

User data is stored on Supabase (EU region). Server infrastructure is hosted on Hetzner in Germany.

Third-party services

• Stripe — payment processing (US)
• Resend — email delivery (US)
• Hetzner — hosting (Germany)

Data retention

Account data is kept until you delete your account. Ping history is kept for 90 days then automatically deleted.

No data sales

We never sell, share, or provide your data to advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights under GDPR

• Right to access your data

• Right to delete your account and all associated data
• Right to export your data in a standard format
